I ordered an iPhone 13 in excellent condition: after a month's use, I'm absolutely delighted! I also took advantage of the trade-in offer for my old phone, and everything went according to plan. I'll be recommending Back Market to my friends and family.

I'm quite disappointed with the battery level. My previous phone was also a Google Pixel 4a 128GB that I bought on Back Market. So when it broke in an unfortunate accident, I decided to get the same model again because I was really happy with it. Unfortunately, the battery on this new phone doesn't last long. I haven't changed the way I use my phone or my applications, so I was expecting the same level of battery life. But the phone I've just bought doesn't last a full day (whereas the previous one, which I bought on Back Market and used for over a year and a half, could last more than 24 hours with my level of use). This was not what I expected from a product advertised as being in "very good condition." Other than that, everything went well. The product was delivered with the utmost efficiency, the screen is in perfect condition, and there are only a few scratches on the back of the phone.

Satisfied for the price, the phone works well and does what I expected. The only downside was the condition of the casing, which was supposed to be in "very good condition" according to the description, but there are dings on all the corners and also on one of the lenses, but it doesn't seem to affect operation and it's not too noticeable with protection. And the phone wasn't properly cleaned (dirt on the microphones, corners of the lenses, etc.). That said, I'd still recommend it after a month's use.

great, i like the model even though i'm getting used to the functionality, because i used to use the HP lep top. but above all i like it, it's favouring simplicity and practicality as i go about my daily tasks, thanks!

Very satisfied because even though it is reconditioned and as good as new only some experts can tell the difference, I recommend this site as well as the speed in delivering it, 5 stars deserved.

For the moment I'm satisfied, I don't use it much and I'll have to wait and see. I hope I'll be convinced that I've made the right choice of refurbished.

After a week's use, there's nothing to say, the device complies with the description (general condition and screen), and delivery is fast and secure. No functional problems encountered at this stage. Battery life is satisfactory (around 60% used in 24 hours - with normal use). The smartphone is a little larger and heavier than I'm used to, but that's just a matter of personal taste, and has nothing to do with Backmarket's service.

After a few problems with the device switching itself off and on again, I had to carry out a complete reconfiguration and reinstall all my apps one by one. Now everything is working properly.
