My first experience of refurbished products, I was sceptical at first but thanks to the different reviews I read and the positive comments from my friends and family on Back Market, I decided to go for it. The product I received is as if it had just come out of the shop. I'm really pleased with it and for sceptics like me, don't hesitate, go for the refurbished one.

Arrived in less than 24 hours in original packaging. No visible scratches and using it for a full day I haven't noticed any problems at the moment. Long lasting battery, I even played a few heavy games and did about 1 hour of non stop gaming and from 70% I got to 30%. I would say very good.

Top-notch experience on the app. Fast shipping and delivery. Quality product, works perfectly. Only problem: the retailer sent the product without a box. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box.

The phone works well. The only downside is that the battery charges very slowly and the charger and the phone get very hot.

I have two days with the ipad and the truth is that I am very happy I bought it in excellent and is brand new, everything works perfect.

A present for Christmas. Start-up went smoothly and so far there have been no faults to report. The time of use is not yet significant enough to give an opinion.
