Hello, I've been able to use the AirPods without any technical problems since 2022, and I've been very satisfied with them and with the transaction with your site, but for several weeks now there has been a strong crackling noise when the earpiece is placed in the ear, and sometimes this also occurs in the case. You then have to replace the earpiece several times in order to be able to have a phone conversation. This is not impossible, but the crackling is becoming more and more frequent. I've noted that my product is no longer under warranty, but would you have a solution for me? Can the headphones be repaired? I've looked into buying a new pair of AirPod 2s (2022) but I think it's a shame to buy new ones if they can be taken back or repaired? Thank you in advance for your information! het kwam goed ingepakt aan, maar het ging best snel wat dingen mis zoals het linker oortje kan niet connecteren voor dat ik het rechter oortje insteek.

Delivery and product absolutely satisfactory. Condition as specified and no signs of use on the mobile phone. The next mobile phone will definitely be ordered here again.

Within the warranty period they refuse to refund my money and only offer me a voucher to buy another item. But it turns out that the only thing they have are Airpods 2 with lightning charging and at a much higher price than if you buy them new. It is totally illogical, apart from not complying with European warranty regulations. I am going to denounce them to get back what I have paid. A nefarious service, the things better to buy them brand new with the solvent guarantee of a manufacturer, and not to trust in fairgrounds and the like.

The experience with Back Market itself went well, but the reconditioner is to be avoided. My laptop was returned to Sav at least 5 times and when I wanted to resell it there were a lot of faulty parts. In short, I'll never use this shop again.
