Back market always provides!!! Feels like a brand new phone, battery perfect, no scratches, amazing prices, you can not go wrong with this brand! I have promoted this brand so hard because they have always been so good, amazing customer service and service in general! Since I started buying phones with back market, I have officially stopped buying brand new ones as it’s the same thing! Plus you get a whole year warranty!! Best company I found in a while!! V impressed !

Very good condition, however, the battery has only 81% new performance, and I expect to have to replace it in a year or so

The shell of the iPhone was broken after purchase and when we had it repaired the repairer told us that it was very clean for a reconditioned phone and that it was good to see reconditioned phones in this condition.

This is the first time I've ordered from BackMarket, and I'm very satisfied! I had some concerns about refurbished products but this is a very nice surprise! I ordered an iphone 13 and received it within 3 days, the battery is 100%, not a single scratch on the phone, you'd think it was brand new. I would happily recommend BackMarket!

I bought two IPhone 12 for my children and at the beginning both worked well, no scratches, visually impeccable, I ordered perfect condition, at one point, an IPhone had a problem 'no SIM card', despite all the manipulations indicated on the platform of Back Market , The phone did not work, immediately I contacted Back Market, I returned the Iphone, 3 days later I received another IPhone, which for now works very well, I want to specify that the refurbisher was Remarketing Platform based in Italy, very responsive, top service. I'd like to point out that I was scared at first, because I read a lot of negative reviews about the poor after-sales service, but everything went well and I'll be buying again without a doubt. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of the order. It arrived two days early and the quality couldn't be better. The screen is perfect and the back is perfect too, not a scratch on it. I have had the phone for a week now and it works perfectly. I was very undecided whether to buy it refurbished or not and it has been my best decision. It is an iphone 12 in very good condition 64G. I will definitely buy from this shop again.

Everything's fine, apart from the fact that the trade-in price for my old iPhone 11 Pro has been lowered without any explanation. I'd like to know why. Thanks for letting me know

When we updated the iPhone, with personal data and everything else, we had the problem of an alert for unofficial parts. But backmarket's explanations were correct and it was solved immediately. The terminal is working perfectly, there have been no problems whatsoever.
