First purchase on Back Market and I'm bluffed. This Samsung S21 was intended for my son for Christmas. I had chosen a device in perfect condition and refurbished by a company located in France. Delivery within 48 hours, very well packaged product. The phone is as good as new. No problems using it apart from the fact that the battery discharges a little quickly (but it lasts all day). In short I highly recommend and I will not hesitate to try again this experience of buying refurbished. 👍

The phone is as good as new, and works perfectly. However, we were a bit disappointed because the glass on the back does not have the Apple logo on it. It looks like they replaced it, but not with an official one. Anyway, we still decided not to return it because it is in perfect condition.

Spectacular, it is the second one I have, the first one came with charger and original cable, but with many marks of use on the edges. This one is the other way round, the phone looks like it came from the factory, but without the 65w charger, a pity, I'll make do with the 45w I had. Don't underestimate this 2021 phone, after testing the 14 ultra...it has nothing to envy it and even less in the photographic section.

Everything is fine, very good. The battery is standard and lasts more than 4 days (although I only use the phone for basic purposes: calls, a few web queries and a few photos). In any case, it is much more than I expected.

Backmarket is an excellent business model, I believe that selling second-hand products safely is the best way to buy, however my experience with Backmarket was a little less than anticipated. Firstly the unboxing was completely disappointing, I wasn't expecting a premium box at all but bubble wrap and a thin layer of cardboard made me extremely anxious about the origin of the phone even after testing and starting to use it, because of that first impression I still feel that the phone isn't genuine (the fact that they have a warning that the battery may not be an original Apple part didn't help either) but I was really frustrated; considering that first impressions are everything, I don't understand why Backmarket, a second-hand goods market (which should want to inspire confidence above all else) would choose such a modest way of making the first presentation of its products to the customer.

good value for money, it's not the first time I've gone through you to buy reconditioned and I'm never disappointed

so far it works very well I was afraid of the battery not coming in good condition but everything works great I bought it in excellent condition and so it came the bad thing that did not come with charger so I do not put the five stars otherwise great

Phone arrived in excellent condition, super fast no problems, perfect camera, battery is like all normal phones, I find charging very fast, I hope it stays that way, the phone is quality
