iPhone 14 plus received quickly after ordering (less than a week). Packaged in a box no bigger than the phone, with a charging cable and a clip to open the SIM slot. (Parcel left in letterbox without signature... lack of professionalism on the part of the carrier). Quality of the phone: only one air bubble under one of the lenses (with no repercussions on its use) and a small crack on another. Based on this experience I would recommend this reconditioning platform. The order was easy to place and the delivery time was more than reasonable.

the phone is in perfect condition, beautiful colour. it arrives in an anonymous box and with the cable even though I thought it came with the original box my daughter is super happy 💗 i highly recommend

Firstly, I think the concept of refurbished devices is great and have already bought 4 items from Back Market. It's always worked out great. This time I even "sold" my old mobile phone - it feels good and is a contribution to conserving resources and sustainability.

Phone was well received and looks like new for a refurbished phone. Even the battery is 100%. Turned it on and started using it perfectly, but I can't create a new Apple account with this phone!
