I've had my AirPods for over 1 year now, I use them every day and they work perfectly, there's nothing to say about the battery, it holds up well.

AirPods Pro bought in 2022, which worked less and less well until I passed an Applestore in Aix en Provence. And there's the bad surprise: these AirPods are fraudulent equipment and Apple is refusing to support them. So you're selling counterfeit equipment that's "100% functional, tested and verified" (sic). It seems that you've just forgotten to check where the product comes from. If you did, you wouldn't be doing what is known in law as handling stolen goods. Your after-sales service took 2 months of palaver (I sent you the same documents 2 or 3 times, including Apple's refusal to accept responsibility) before finally refusing to take back these AirPods, on the pretext that after contacting the seller, the 12-month warranty period had expired... I would urge all customers who buy Apple products on your site to be very suspicious and to check the origin of the products with Apple. It takes them 5 minutes to check the serial number. As for the BackMarket after-sales service, it's pitiful and does everything it can to discourage claims. So avoid this site!

I took the item to the Apple Store who certified that it was counterfeit! Don't think you're doing a good deed by buying on Back market !!! Absolutely not!

Counterfeit case ! It's a disgrace! After 1 year of use, the headphones no longer connect or charge!

The helmet deteriorated very quickly. 2 years is not much...
