Watch in very good condition, works perfectly I'm very happy! I was able to reschedule the delivery at my convenience, which was perfect!

Very happy with the service and delivery time. However, after 2 months of use, the back shell of the phone broke even though we had put on a protective shell and the phone never fell. I will continue to order from Back Market as the refurbished concept suits me perfectly.

I regret my purchase, it's a crap phone.I currently have a samsung galaxy note 9 that I bought here, it works and picks up very well, whereas with this one I have no network.I put it back in its box. I'm sorry I bought it when I couldn't use it.

Perfect phones as usual

The phone is not compatible with the French network. It's an American import, so SIM card recognition is random and there's no connection to the network: Shame!

First purchase on back market and very disappointed. The phone we received was the wrong colour and after a week it wouldn't turn on. We returned the product and another phone was sent to us (still not the right colour) but without a charger. A claim was made and we were told that it was impossible to send a charger. I would not recommend this site.

Everything went well until the phone broke down after two months... Item as new, compliant... So, return ok, diagnosis not repairable, refund... Fast, concise, in short, top service. What I didn't like was the fact that they deducted €10 from the refund because I had neglected to return the cable... 10 for an item that costs less than €4 on other well-known sites, that's a bit steep, isn't it? Commercially, I thought it was a bit shoddy... No way, I recommended a mobile on another site... Too bad
