Technically 100% ok. Display, touch and keyboard great. The soft grip coating on the outside is scuffed. But who cares, not me. Battery has 92% and the SSD and thus the Ultrabook only 3600 operating hours. All in all, a great price-performance ratio.

I am absolutely thrilled! My laptop even has a backlit keyboard and a touch display, although neither was mentioned in the description. The Windows 11 is also a clean new installation without any unnecessary tools. The battery still has 93% of its original capacity according to the Battery Report.

I am completely satisfied with my new laptop. It fulfils all my expectations and is a reliable device for work and leisure. I can recommend it to anyone who values quality and functionality. 👍👌

The keyboard works perfectly, only has (as expected) a small scratch on the top corner, which is not noticeable. Switching between devices is very easy and typing is very good.

My daughter has exactly the same device and because it is so handy - small but still easy to use - I have now bought one myself. The device itself works perfectly, just as I am used to with my daughter's device. However, I am disappointed with the battery: the battery in my daughter's device (who also bought a second-hand device) lasts half as long before it has to be recharged. That's the fly in the ointment and a little annoying. Just now, while reading the page, I also shook my head at the fact that this site is gendered. If this is really your conviction, it's sad, because there are only two genders. Full stop. If not, it's just as sad that some people think they have to jump over every stick that's held out to them and go along with any nonsense just because it suits the zeitgeist. Delivery and the laptop were all great. Unfortunately, the key for the letter "m" didn't work. That was particularly stupid because it was a birthday present. But that's not your fault. We immediately filled in the enclosed note and packed it back up exactly as we received it. It would have been perfect if a returns label had been included. But there wasn't. Then I had to read your website to find out exactly what to do. Despite reading and following the instructions several times, we didn't get to the confirmation page where we were supposed to get the return label. We are still waiting for this and for the refund so that we can order a new notebook.

I am very happy with the mini PC. Already a familiar device for me. I also use it at work. Very good price/performance ratio and space-saving on the desk. The pre-installed Windows 11 version is great.
