Super article that corresponds perfectly to what I wanted to change an old one that was no longer keeping up at all! I didn't want to invest in a new phone, so I tried a reconditioned one and I'm very satisfied with my purchase, with very fast delivery. I totally recommend it for the planet and your wallet!

I took the phone for my daughter, the phone is in excellent condition, works perfectly, even better than mine which is also an XR. I can only recommend Black Market, which was my first order for a refurbished phone.

Good evening, We are very disappointed with the battery's charge life. I chose this model of phone for my son because I've had one myself since July 2022 and autonomy was the most important criterion, along with the super-fast charging (120W). I therefore bought a second reconditioned one from backmarket with full knowledge of the facts, i.e. without a charger (which is still worth 50 euros) and with a battery capacity that should normally be at least 85% of the initial capacity. That's what I'm doubting (by comparing the operating time of our two XIAOMI 11T pro phones) and I'd like to be able to check it... How can I be sure of the quality of this battery, which obviously doesn't hold up compared to mine, which is already over 18 months old...? Best regards. BROUSSE Simon

Hello, computer received 👍🏼quelques micro scratches around 30 on 100%, battery discharges a can fast, it's normal it's refurbished! otherwise everything works properly, happy with my purchases.

I've got a problem with my tablet, it keeps leaving me a message saying "galaxie store has stopped" with "OK" next to it, which doesn't work. It's blocking everything, I can't touch anything. I have to turn it off completely and then on again. Sometimes it works fine and other times it's a real pain. The worst thing is that I don't have the gakaxy store app. You'll have to help me out here. The problem is really annoying. I wanted a refurbished tablet to do something for the planet. The end result is €78 thrown away if my problem isn't solved as soon as possible.

From receipt of the phone to today, 10 days later, everything has been perfect (delivery, material purchased xperia xz1, customer care). With the satisfaction of promoting refurbished.... Thank you!!!

I was sceptical, because I had already had bad experiences with remanufactured purchases in physical shops. However, because you don't lump everything together, I tried again with (at the moment) very good results. The iPads get stressed, we use them to take orders in restaurants, responding presently. The battery, certainly the most delicate part, holds up, although unfortunately it recharges very slowly. Full marks!

Telephone in excellent condition. Very well packaged. I was a little worried when an error message about the battery appeared. I read that this is normal on some refurbished devices. And that the message goes away after 15 days. I still have a few days to go before it disappears. But I was totally reassured when I saw how the battery lasted all day. It was a very good idea to get a refurbished one. I'm really pleased!
