I don't like to speak too soon, but I have to admit that this robot is just perfect, it adapts to the rooms and furniture it's placed in, perfectly, and really does every nook and cranny, and as for pet hair, it's doubly perfect, so much so that we're surprised by the amount picked up when emptying its contents.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the reconditioning, nothing was missing (charger + base + replacement filter + instructions are included in the box).

The appliance was basically in good order. Very good original condition. Looked absolutely like a new device. Unfortunately, the battery was broken. But I didn't want to send the otherwise good device back. I ordered a new battery from somewhere else and now the device works perfectly.

As far as the experience itself is concerned, yes I agree. But as for the product... Well... A calamity... I wonder how the industry leaders could fall so far. 1 time out of 3, the robot doesn't manage to return to its base correctly, it lands on it, turns on itself without positioning itself in front of it, the connectors don't touch so it looks for them, etc. In terms of ergonomics, it's not possible to choose a default path; if you press the button, it will do as it pleases, even if there's only one predefined path available via the application (such as starting at a desk). In short, there's no problem with Back Market, but it's clearly for devices you're 100% sure of.

Delivery 2 days early! And well packed. Now we'll have to see if the device works properly.

Good buy, hope the warranty works and while we're at it let's hope we don't have any worries. I think it's good quality based on the feedback. It will. It gets stuck under a piece of furniture that it really likes to believe that I had to block the way for it so that it wouldn't get stuck again.
