I have ordered the same iPhone 13 twice in a row, but in different colours. There is an error with the hardware on both iPhones after I carried out a mobile phone diagnosis. This can't be true! I'm slowly starting to think about favouring a different refurbished retailer ...

Very happy with my purchase. I took my IPhone 14 reconditioned in perfect condition new battery. I have nothing to complain about, it looks as good as new. I have no regrets for my first refurbished phone.

The "refurbished" iPhone 14 arrived quickly, was exactly as described and works perfectly. The trade-in of my iPhone 11 also went fairly, smoothly and quickly. All in all very satisfied - far better than buying a new device!

I am very happy with the refurbished iPhone 15 Plus. However, I initially had difficulties with the volume of the timer, alarm clock, etc. After playing the signal once, the sound became very quiet. All the necessary settings were activated. After many attempts and unsuccessful tips from Google, I finally came across a forum where it was recommended to deactivate the Attention-sensitive functions button under Accessibility - Face ID & Attention. After I did that, everything was ok. When shipping with GLS, I have to criticise the fact that the arrival days were not correct: the iPhone was originally supposed to arrive on Monday instead of Friday. Now it arrived on Friday, when I was not at home. The arrival of the case was postponed three times, so I waited in vain on two days. I also don't understand why transferring the money for the old device is so complicated and if you have done everything as requested, it still takes up to 6 working days for the money to reach your account. Above all, it's incomprehensible why you have to log out of your Apple account. Without these criticisms, everything would be perfect!

This purchase went excellently, an advertising event for the purchase of a refurbished device. The best way for me - cheaper than a new device, and without the adventure of buying second-hand from a private seller.

First time buying a refurbished product I was sceptical. Everything went well. I found a product in line with expectations, a quick, clear, secure purchase procedure. Including tracking of the order and delivery in line with the stated timeframe. What can I say... Super positive experience
