Very good purchase and very good reconditioner! I've had it for 3 years now and it's still going strong! I really like it!

It's not the first time I've gone through Back Market, as usual nothing to report, top customer service, it's always fast and efficient. As for the product, I suppose you can't be lucky every time, my Airpods only lasted a few months before starting to work less well at the beginning of the summer (6-7 months after purchase). I didn't pay any more attention than that, but they finally gave up on me after 10 months or so, so I'm infinitely sad.
