I was a little sceptical at first with the prices being a lot lower than the likes of cex and second hand shops, but after reading some trust pilot reviews decided to take a chance. well what can I say, phone arrived next day and despite ordering a mid range condition phone it was absolutely mint. very happy with my purchase, phone battery at 100% not a single mark on it. Perfect! I will certainly use this service again.

Everything as advertised and prompt, well-packaged delivery. Phone itself is indistinguishable from new. Too early to say on using the the phone as I've not had a smartphone before (and am 80) so keep pressing bits unintentionally and getting muddled. But I'll learn!

My iPhone 8 plus was deemed excellent but in reality was as new. Very happy customer. The concept of refurb v new is appealing and will buy again from Backmarket. Thank you guys!

iPhone 7 32 GB - Silver arrived as spec. Externally the iPhone is in excellent condition and has operated without fault. My only gripe - the seller/site specified a minimum 85% Battery Capacity. The iphone was showing 82% maximum battery capacity when it arrived - within 2 weeks the capacity is now at 81% afer 8/9 charges.

I had no problems at all. The iphone has terrible battery life but I knew that and bought it anyway so that's on me! The refurbished phone arrived quickly and was easy to set up and start using. I couldn't see anything wrong with the phone at all despite it being sold as only 'good' condition. Great price and excellent service.

This was my 3rd purchase from back market and all i have to say is they did not disappoint. I bought the iPhone 5S in fair but honestly it feels brand new and there are little to no signs of use or wear. The delivery was prompt and the customer service from back market themselves was impeccable. If you're contemplating purchasing of this site it'd say go for it! The phone itself came with a charger and a sim tool, performance wise it works well too battery life is pretty decent and all the other features e.g the camera and home button are completely in check. Safe to say I trust back market now and I'll definitely be purchasing refurbished tech again!
