    I gave Backmarket 5 stars for ease of ordering, but I'm not happy with my Macbook Pro. It's true that I bought a computer that was advertised as being in 'OK' condition, but I thought it was just the way it looked on the outside (scratches on the casing etc.). In fact, I've ended up with a computer that overheats and has virtually no battery life. These are the two most serious problems.
