Great service: top quality, fast delivery, everything works and even the battery with 80% remaining usability still has good performance after another 3 years.

screen protected by tempered glass for over a year, and it hasn't moved despite the tempered glass breaking. Sound is OK, but much lower quality than the new iphones. My camera quickly gathered dust, so for several months now I've had to use x2 zoom and make sure there's enough light for it to focus. I've had a few problems with the microphone on calls, where I can't always be heard even though the network is fine. The battery is OK, but watch out for long days when it doesn't last, especially when sharing a connection or using 4g alone. When I first received it, the sim card was sometimes suddenly not detected, which meant I always had to have the object to remove it and put it back, but that went away with time. My payment by phone stopped working very quickly, apple pay was out of order in a few weeks. I've had trouble finding nice covers for this model, I have the impression that it was put aside with the release of 11/12/13 etc..... almost impossible to find now except on the internet sometimes made to measure. Front camera correct sometimes very good in good light. Some options that you now have on the new ones end up being missing (personally) like cinematic, photo folder...

It was fine, but the shell was very fragile and shattered at the slightest drop, which was really the main drawback... And mine has a problem with the microphone when I make calls, you can hardly hear me... Even after updating and so on...

The phone broke down in the first year of warranty, the speaker was not going well, it was repaired and now in the second year of warranty it breaks down again, it does not turn on and Back Market does not take charge, they ask me that before sending it to them I take it to an Apple technical service and they make me a report to see if the warranty covers it, (report that you have to pay yourself, 35 euros where I did it), in the technical service they tell me that the back glass is not original (I bought it like that) and that the mobile is made to pieces. In short, I will never buy from Back Market again.
