Excellent service and very good quality of the laptop I bought even if the description was "fair". The charger did not work, but the communication with the seller was very good, and they sent me a replacement charger the next day and arrived in one day. Highly recommended.

Really happy with laptop. The ordering was really smooth......the post ordering spam bombardement was really annoying. Shame about the [plastic packaging.

Really disappointed, I have had three iPads from yourselves previously all in really good condition, this one had completely split (the screen had come away from the back of the iPad) very disappointed and put me off ordering from here again.
