It works great, I just didn't give it a final star because I think it would have had instructions on how to use it and how to operate it, and it would have been stored in its original box, but otherwise it's fine.

Item arrived on time, perfect condition and perfect working order. Also got an iPad pro 2018 model, arrived on time and in perfect working order. Would recommend buying from this company. Any future purchases of ipads or other electronics will be through backmarket.

Hello, Satisfied with the purchase but the Pencil is delivered without the USB-C cable to charge it. Either this is an oversight in my delivery, or it's an oversight that needs to be changed for future buyers. Then it deserves 5 stars.

The order and delivery were uncomplicated and fast. Unfortunately, the iPAD could still be activated without any problems, numerous attempts failed. Via an existing iPhone or with iTunes on the PC, it also failed despite the latest firmware updates, it always hung up during activation. The iPad could only be completely rebooted using a MacBook Pro and then it worked. Now everything is great, the iPad is great!

After a few payment attempts (I had forgotten to increase the limit), the purchase finally went through. The delivery then took place within a very short time. The condition of the MacBook is excellent, like new. Only the keyboard had to be corrected. Otherwise everything is perfect. Thank you very much.
