Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. And with only a few micro scratches on the screen it was a perfect phone for the price. I cannot wait to purchase more devices from backmarket

I’m really pleased with my iPhone 13. It exceeds my expectations and is quite beautiful! This company is doing a great thing for the planet and for our pockets. I love the idea of not buying new especially when a reconditioned phone can be this good.

I have waited for over a month since I got my new (refurbished) iPhone 14 Pro Max so that I can give a very honest review and I can say I don’t have any regrets buying refurbished because I can’t tell any difference from new. The phone looks excellent and works well with no issues. The delivery was quick and all I can say is I would recommend it for anyone.

The iPhone 13 is fab, still getting use to it. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbish one, When it arrived was so impressive, thought it was a brand new one, no marks or scratches on it. The service from the time ordered to receiving it was excellent. Definitely recommend backmarket.

Well this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and my experience of Back Market has been faultless. I was tempted to get the Samsung Flip 5 months ago, but couldn't resist going for the Flip 6 when they got them in! Glad I waited and now I have the latest phone saving hundreds! From the prices on offer, quality of phone, superb delivery and packaging I fully recommend Back Market and will definitely use again when I want to spoil myself!

when you hear about refurbished phones im a bit weary about it , but i needed one quickly , so i went on back market ordered one in my budget , i ordered one in good condition , paid and the delivery was next day , thats great service and the phone was in fantastic condition i coudlnt see a mark on it anywhere , ive told loads of people about the great service and speedy delivery , 10 /10 ill use this site again for sure

Very happy. Exactly as described. Not a single scratch or any physical sign of it being refurbished. Ideally the battery would also be 100% new but I only got one in fair condition and that’s something that can be sorted down the line if and when necessary. Everything works perfectly as new and also arrived one day earlier than expected. Definitely no need to buy new again. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying refurbished for the first time.
