This is my 2nd purchase with Backmarket. I'm pretty risk averse and Backmarket have proved an excellent place to purchase a used device. I'm writing on the very device I purchased. My previous device is still in use too. I'd like more options for spreading payment and a choice of carriers for delivery as Royal Mail are as slow as you like. I purchased a device described as'excellent condition' and it was. I'd like to know what fair and good actually mean in Backmarket land as it's not so easy to find. Tra la la I've got a new phone!
