I can't tell if the coffee machine is reconditioned or new. It looks like it has never been used, it works perfectly. I was glad to have come across this site, which apart from being very reliable is helping our planet. Saving kilos and kilos of electronic rubbish. Definitely in the future if I have to make another electronics purchase I will first look if it is available on Back Market.

The chopper works really well. It was securely packaged and the instruction booklet was included. It is possible to make cajour butter with this chopper, so the motor is powerful.

There are no micro-scratches and contrary to the image that appears on the screen, I ordered it in "perfect condition" and this is how it is labelled on the order form that I received. Thank you BackMarket I live in France and it was sold new at the same price in the outlet (the colour was no longer available) on the Belgian kitchenaid site, which told me it could not send it to me, asking me to order it from the French site where it was not sold. They then offered to order it at the undiscounted price of 449 euros from a sales site and that they would then send it to me. To add insult to injury, you sent it to me from Belgium at the desired price of 269.40 euros. So far it's working really well and the coffee is delicious (tested on receipt). Many thanks again
