PC ordered and paid for on the morning of 19 May and received, hand-delivered on 22 May. Hard to beat that in terms of free delivery. Otherwise, the Core i5-8365U with its 16 GB of RAM and Windows 11 pro works as expected. For surfing the web and coding, it's more than enough. What's more, 5.5 hours of streaming autonomy isn't bad at all. I'm very pleased with this purchase, which is in very good condition.

The computer is in impeccable condition, with 32gb of ram and a terabyte hard drive. Everything works as soon as you switch it on, with the Windows configuration to be carried out. The battery remains to be checked I think 4 hours of autonomy, which is "fair" given that this generation dates from several years ago. Bravo black market for me nothing to complain about

Overall, I'm satisfied with this refurbished purchase: the PC offers good performance and fully meets my expectations. I do have one small reservation, however: there's a visible dent in the USB ports, which contrasts slightly with the words 'perfect condition'. The covering applied to the front seems to have been applied to hide possible marks - nothing dramatic, but perhaps it deserves a more transparent mention. All in all, a good experience. Whether it lives up to its promise over time remains to be seen.

I'm pleasantly surprised! It really is just like a brand new computer. My old computer was very old and as a student I didn't have the budget to buy a quality computer. I didn't think that a refurbished computer would be a good choice. I am very satisfied, thank you :)

When I unpacked the computer, I thought it was a mistake. Was it new? No, but it was as clean as a whistle. I have absolutely no regrets about my choice. Refurbishing it was a first for me, and I'll do it again.

Perfect! I knew this little laptop and for good reason, after a few years of good and loyal service, it gave up the ghost. I recommended the same refurbished one, and it's as good as new. I'm very satisfied, it was an emergency, I received it quickly, well before the estimated delivery time, superbly packaged. Thanks to my back-ups, I was able to put everything back in place. I love the fact that it's so small, but with performance that has always surprised and delighted me. I've been a fan of refurbished products for several years now, and no longer replace them with new ones. It's better for my wallet, but what matters most to me is the planet by reducing the impact of our consumption. Very happy with my little Dell :)!

Hello, Purchase made on 26 December, delivered on 30 December. Delivered in very good condition (nothing broken). The machine (the PC) is as described (corei5, ssd, processor and other), it is pretty. No scratches or any other damage to the appearance. In terms of performance, after nearly a month of use, the battery lasts 3 to 4 hours (and more, 4H30, 4H45) depending on usage. The machine is fast and everything works, including the wifi, microphone and speaker. As there's no such thing as a perfect work, I'll mention two downsides: the brightness of the camera (I don't know how to adjust it). And the PC fan, which makes a slight noise when it's running, but after a week it stopped. Now the noise is hardly audible and is rare. I highly recommend buying the reconditioned Dell Latitude 5490, which is in very good condition. Thank you very much.

I wanted to thank the refurbisher for upgrading my order. Instead of a 13 inch I7 2 core, I got a 15 inch I7 4 core. It was supposed to be my business travel computer but I think I'll use it for lots of other things. For the moment it's working perfectly. A few dents on the shell but I bought it "in good condition" so more than normal. Thanks a lot!
