    The phone arrived quickly, well packaged and in good working order. Looked brand new, no scratches anywhere. I transferred my SIM card easily as it was unlocked. I would have liked a phone charger as it only came with a cable but for the price I can't complain. Still had good battery charge on it so was able to use it straight away. Well pleased.

    purchased as a Xmas gift fir my husband. I've only carried out basic tests like charging, Internet etc. all appears to be great. was delivered in good time no orobkems. item is like new so job well done.

    The phone arrived fast and looks to be brand new. Easy to set up as its similar to my old Galaxy A10. It came with a charging cable which didn't fit my USB charger so , for a couple of quid, bought a USBC cable, now perfect. The battery lasts much longer than my old phone. All in all, for the price, I'm very pleased with the phone and the service.

    It's a larger style of mobile more like a tablet than a phone. It has a modern selection of screen wallpaper and a very good clear screen at a affordable price. I am delighted with the quality.
