This Samsung Galaxy A26 5G 256GB was my second purchase on Back Market. The experience, from searching for the right phone, to submitting the order, to receipt of the item, and finally the con urrent user experience was pretty flawless. Very happy with my replacement phone. I had been warned the box would have been pre-opened, but aside from that, the phone was clean, unmarked and has been working perfectly. The battery seems to rundown a little more quickly than I would have hoped, requiring more frequent charging (and yes, I do follow and action optimum battery life options), but other than that, I would not hesitate to give Back Market 5 🌟.

I needed to replace my Motorola G8 Power with an affordable upgrade and came across Back Market, the selection in my price range for a suitable refurbished phone was excellent, and I chose the Samsung A16, 5G 128 GB (Black) it has the features that my Motorola didn't have, and the trade in was good and very quick, I am extremely satisfied with my upgrade and have recommended Back Market as a affordable solution.

My phone was delivered two days after ordering with good communication from Backmarket and arrived at the time specified. It was well packed. It was classed as excellent, and on inspection it looked like brand new. I put it on charge and it charged up to 100% in a short space of time. I was a little wary of buying refurbished but my son recommend them as he had purchased from them previously, for himself and family, and was perfectly satisfied with his purchases. I'm glad I took his advice as I am highly delighted with my purchase, especially as I got a good as new phone and saved a substantial amount of money compared to the price of a new one. I would highly recommend Blackmarket and would not hesitate to purchase from them in future.

I was surprised to receive my phone in a good condition box. The phone was immaculate itself considering being a refurbished phone. It’s great . No scratches. It’s like a brand new phone and works absolutely perfectly. It’s definitely change my view into buying brand new phones that cost more when you can buy just as perfect as a refurbished phone . So happy with my new phone! Heard about back market from my sister and so glad I decided to get my galaxy flip6 from here. It came in perfect condition with good battery life so so pleased. I am always conscious of my environmental impact too so happy that refurbished phones are better for the Environment. Also, much cheaper than buying new so an absolute win win! I will definitely buy more from back market.

Initially was going to go with good condition but went with fair after reading reviews. There is barely a scratch on it - literally nothing on the screen and the tiniest tiniest scuffs on the body if you're really looking for them. Will definitely buy from back market (and in fair condition) again in future.
