The product corresponds to the order, delivered quickly and well packaged. Bought "as new" and received it as new, I was hesitant to order a used laptop, my doubts are gone, if I have to buy another one, I'll go through Back Market +1

Hello, The parcel arrived quickly, a little damaged. The PC had small traces of wear and tear and impact on the outside, although the advert said it was in perfect condition. Not knowing if this was normal and the PC working perfectly I did not report anything. Thanks to Back Market.

Fair overall appearance. Some bumps and marks on the hull. I don't know what the criteria are for the "Very Good Condition" rating. The battery only has a capacity of 40 Wh for 56 Wh manufacturer's data: This is information that would be good to have at the time of purchase. The product is operational and everything seems to work after a complete reinstall. Overall, good value for money.

The whole process of shipping and packaging is a 10. As for the laptop, its finish is intact and as for its performance I am within expectations. I have not been able to get the full performance out of it yet but I think it is in very good condition.

Very happy with the purchase. For a moment I thought it didn't have the ñ even though I had bought it because it was Spanish, but it turned out that I only had to change the language. I hope it lasts a few years.

I received it in record time, and I think it's a great buy, perfect appearance, battery to test but it seems perfect too, it's the second one I buy and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Product in very good condition and very fast shipping, the only downside is that it did not have any power cable and connection....perdon if it had the cables.

The delivery was very fast and well packaged, the set up was a bit tricky, I think it was not well erased and were not the factory settings, but it could be configured to my needs. On the other hand the charger has a problem and you have to "position" the cable well, I don't know if it is the cable or the type C charging port, but if you are not careful you can spend all night and it doesn't charge.
