It was perfect. Beyond my expectations. A real plus for your technical team, who were able to "sell" me another model than the one chosen, with the utmost transparency and professionalism. I need to change my smartphone and well it will be with back Market. Franck

There was a slight snag at the beginning because the model initially ordered was no longer available at the time of payment. BM quickly rectified the situation and informed me within a few hours. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the quality of the equipment and the delivery service. Apart from a few keys on the keyboard that 'catch' very slightly when typed, everything seems perfect. We'll see after a few months of use.

Complicated search (between what I wanted and the price) :-D Hardware in very good condition, well packaged, complete. The only problem was installing the OS and BIOS settings. I'm not a Windows specialist, so I had to reinstall! Otherwise, with "my" installation, the PC now does what it was designed to do.

The battery is a bit tired (over 800 recharging cycles) and the buttons above the trackpad tend to jam, but I suspect that this is more a problem with the original design of the computer. It's not really a problem for my use, otherwise the computer is in very good condition, and in the worst case replacement parts can easily be found new at a reasonable price. In conclusion, a very good buy for the price.

I really like my new Dell Latitude notebook. It's very light, fits easily into my rucksack and works well. It's fast and pleasant to the touch. However, one of the two USB ports doesn't work, and the fingerprint reader also seems to be faulty. As I chose it in excellent condition, I'm a little disappointed, but it's still very good value for money.

Just what I needed: large-capacity SSD and even a slot for a micro SD card. Impeccable condition: it looks like new (maybe it is?). Excellent contact with the itechrenew sub-contractor who was very patient in helping me to understand and resolve a problem.

I would like to inform you that the PC I received arrived in good condition and works very well, with very good autonomy. However, I noticed a discrepancy in the technical specifications: in the product description, the processor is indicated as having a speed of 2.6 GHz, whereas the PC I received has all the other correct specifications, but the processor is 1.9 GHz
