I bought a MacBook Pro Touch Bar from Italdata. Preparation of the parcel in 6 days, in other words putting a MacBook in a box, 6 days is intolerable. Back Market customer service handled the situation very well. On the other hand, transport was very quick (2 days instead of the 6 days announced). The MacBook arrived with 0% battery, recharging difficult at first with the charger, then discovering the MacOs in Italian ... every 35 seconds the Mac was restarting and to top it all I discovered the keyboard in QWERTY instead of AZERTY as described on the ad. I sent the parcel back and asked for a refund. I will buy a MacBook again but I don't think I will buy it from the same website. I would not recommend this seller.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction and warn you against buying from Back Market. You're buying from resellers, and Back Market doesn't hesitate to lie about delivery times. In my case, they misled me about the delivery date. When I finally received my parcel, it was broken. After numerous discussions with the after-sales service, which of course came to nothing, I realised that they were defending the retailer above all else. I should point out that the breakage was not due to transport, but to the retailer who had sent it in that condition. I'd bought a MacBook worth €800, and the process took over a month. During this time, I was left in the dark, with no real information. Faced with this problem, the after-sales service offered me several solutions: - A 5% voucher, supposedly to buy protection for the MacBook. In other words, for a €800 computer, they were giving me 5% to shut up and buy a case. Suffice to say, I found this proposal ridiculous. - A return of the MacBook for a replacement. However, the waiting time was not guaranteed, as the retailer might not have the necessary parts or even a replacement MacBook. In other words, the exchange could take an indeterm...

The product gives problems with the screen the battery wears out quickly I have been a user of other devices and very well but this last one gives me problems.
