    Came exactly as advertised in excellent condition, it truly feels like a completely new iPad. I was a bit hesitant at first, but thanks to other reviews I bought one and couldn't be any happier. The iPad functions very well and hasn't had any issues. I am very happy with my purchase and will probably order be back to order again from Back Market for another product.

    Delivery was good. Device was in excellent condition and the price was good. I’ve given 5 stars because of the quality but the customer service on behalf of the seller could be improved. The device arrived and switched on but unfortunately there was no password supplied to get into the device. No instructions were inside the box and I think a welcome note with a password or instructions how to get the password should have been included. After several tries with the usual standard passwords and being locked out 4 times, I finally found a way to reset the device and reload the software. Despite that, I think the device and the quality of refurbishment deserved a 5

    Unfortunately despite ordering a MacBook Air in excellent condition, it was delivered with a faulty battery that hadn't been serviced so an error message kept popping up, the machine repeatedly crashed during set-up and it couldn't be charged. It was also not the colour I had ordered so I think I was perhaps sent the wrong one. I would be very nervous of purchasing another high-value item from BackMarket and am still awaiting my refund from the seller.

    I was really disappointed with this purchase. The MacBook arrived with a lot of scratches on the screen, and the edges of the body weren’t even aligned properly. It was nothing like what was described, and honestly, it turned out to be the worst purchase I’ve made. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller. The only positive part of this experience was the customer care team. They were genuinely helpful, handled the return smoothly, and made sure the refund was sorted without any hassle. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

    I was a bit sceptical about buying a refurbished MacBook at first but I saw the other reviews and tried my luck. The delivery date was 3 days but I received my laptop the next day, it was very well packaged and had a charger included which was a bonus. I had waited a few weeks before writing a review as I wanted to make sure the laptop was up to standard - all I can say is that the whole experience was beyond my expectations. I will probably never buy a brand new laptop again. Totally, highly recommended. Fantastic product, fantastic service. Would not hesitate to recommend using Black Market !

    I stumbled across Back Market and was unsure at first but decided to take a risk and purchase a refurbished Mac. All I can say is it was well worth it! The communication was spot on and the item arrived a day earlier than specified. The laptop is in pretty much mint condition even though I ordered 'good'. A brilliant company and service.
