    It arrived with lots of scratches on the screen and chips on the main body - certainly not ‘excellent’ condition. It also hadn’t been reset and still included all of the previous owners apps, photos etc. There was no indication the iPad had been refurbished at all. It was sent with no box or charger, just wrapped in bubble wrap with zero battery.

    Order never came so I got full refund but I did order from another company in excellent condition and in came in 2 days which was very good and the iPad worked very nicely. However this company should be shut down because I have seen the rebrand not many people have not been getting there orders or the items have came but damaged or not worked properly.

    really bad experience .. I ordered an iPad because I wanted to take it to Pakistan for my niece. The order arrived very late — just one day before my flight to Pakistan. I brought it here, but now it turns on without going to the home page. I can’t return it now because I’m in Pakistan, and I’ll only be going back in December.
