The watch arrived quickly, very well packaged, and looked practically brand new — I honestly couldn’t even tell it was refurbished. Setting it up was super easy and it works perfectly with all the features I wanted. The price was much better than buying new, and I really like that it’s also a more sustainable option. Overall, great value, excellent condition, and a smooth shopping experience. I’ll definitely be using Back Market again in the future!

Looks great - some very minor dents in the corners which is to be expected with a device which is five years old. I was particularly impressed that it automatically updated in the evening to the most up to date OS - I thought that i would have to do that!

Laptop arrived fine and works great, however I was very disappointed with its condition. The "excellent" condition I paid for has crumbs and dust in the keyboard and dirt in the ports. I don't want to return as I really need it now, but not happy with the condition it arrived in. Excellent condition items should be properly cleaned and arrive in like new appearance.

It came really faster than expected and in good condition without any issues. Just that I had a silver instead of the gray colour I chose.
