    I ordered this item about a month ago. Some parts had to be changed in order to meet delivery deadlines. The after-sales service contacted me to inform me of this and to ask for my authorisation. On receipt of the product, we had a few problems with the ignition, and the graphics card had to be dismantled and reassembled in order to resolve them. To do this, we were assisted remotely by the after-sales service and then by the technician who had assembled the tower. A component had become disconnected, probably because of the turbulence during transport. The people we were in contact with were very responsive and welcoming. After a month's use, I'm still delighted with my purchase. The only slight snag is that the processor won't let me install Windows 11 (no TPM 2.0), which is a shame because Microsoft is going to stop updating Windows 10 by the end of the year... Too bad Apart from that, everything's fine.
