I was a bit sceptical at first, but the Mac was delivered to my home rather than expected, in excellent condition! Battery almost new, a few scratches but for a refurbished product that goes unnoticed. A case and everything is sorted. I'd recommend it!

The device is in excellent condition, and they took care to phone me personally, without a blocked number, for a simple problem with the colour, which had no effect on me. Extremely fast delivery, arrived in time for my son's 18th birthday, thank you.

I've never been disappointed with my purchases or repairs, but I've bought several items on two or three different emails. Frankly, it's perfect, I have nothing to say, I love it. Works perfectly, ideal for studies or even for personal use.

Delivered quickly (quicker than expected) Equipment in good condition (could perhaps have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but nothing to worry about). Works perfectly. Comes with a 'compatible' wired keyboard and a wired wheel mouse (don't expect an Apple keyboard/mouse combo, but it works). Add a Magic Mouse and you're good to go (the keyboard is still very decent). The price really was a bargain. I added 2 x 8Gb Ram for a total of 32Gb, which means excellent performance. All in all, I'm very happy!

Fast shipping (too fast, in fact) and the equipment is in good condition and complies with the description. Macbook Pro very powerful, the processor is a monster of power, 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD is the icing on the cake.

It arrived impeccably packaged and on time. In very good condition, as described. However, there were some errors in the description that didn't match the product received: the keyboard did have a light (a nice surprise!) and the processor was less than described (it arrived with AMD Ryzen 7 5825 U, instead of the advertised Ryzen 7 7730 U). I don't think it's a serious problem in my case, but it's always annoying. As a suggestion, I think it would be a good idea to add photos of the actual product for sale, or perhaps mention where certain defects are; as well as details of the version of the pre-installed OS. But all in all, I think it was a great purchase! I'm very satisfied with the product and its value for money. I'd buy it again!

I'm very happy with this purchase, it's my first used MacBook pro, I always buy new ones but this one is really top value for money. Right from the start I used it to the max with serato DJ pro 3 with stem and video at the same time. At the start the GPU went up to 90% but as time went by it went down without heating up any more.

Excellent condition, no defects. The only downside was that the hdd was 1TB and not the 500GB originally specified.

My opinion of the reconditioner is still rather mixed and I think I'm being kind in my rating. When I received the device, I realised that an iCloud account was still associated with the "Locate my Mac" function. What's more, the computer was delivered quite dirty and there was a problem with one of the keys. So I contacted Backmarket's customer service, which was very easy to access and very responsive. After-sales service asked me to send the device back so that the reconditioner could do what was necessary. I had 14 days to return it. A few days after starting the computer for the first time, it froze because the iCloud account was still there, making it impossible to recover the few folders I'd already saved. So I sent the device back the next day. It was repaired fairly quickly by the refurbisher, and I received the computer a week later. But then, surprise: when I opened the box, the computer was there... but without the charger, even though I'd sent it back with it. So I contacted Backmarket customer service again. They offered either to send me a new charger from the refurbisher (saying that it might take some time), or to make a commercial gesture. As I was in the middle of exam period, I had no choice: I had to buy a charger myself. The cheapest one I could find cost €38, which makes the commercial gesture a little light in view of the problems encountered... but it's still something. To sum up, I wouldn't really recommend this refurbisher. On the other hand, I would like to point out that Backmarket's customer service was very attentive, professional and responsive, which I appreciate - unlike the quality of the product I received.
