The computer is in great condition, the battery is holding up pretty well for a refurbished one and the computer is as described. Just disappointed not to be able to download Windows 11 with this type of configuration.

The PC works perfectly and is in very good condition. Some of the keys are in German (stickers have been applied to most of the keys on the keyboard but some still have their original German names (suppr, impr ecr,...)).

The laptop is as advertised. It is clean and apart from a few marks the keyboard and screen are impeccable. I had a few problems with the web because of a phishing attack but the helpdesk was very efficient and was able to help me resolve the problem. The service is really up to scratch.

The equipment is compliant and in excellent condition. Unbeatable delivery time (1 day). Just one word comes to mind: "BRAVO". You are the champions of refurbished products...

Unfortunately, I received the device in a box that was too big (a 17" box), so it "wandered" around inside during transport. When we opened the device, it wasn't as clean as we'd expected: crumbs of dirt were scattered across the keyboard and around the screen. The quality of the wifi (the on-board network card) doesn't seem to be up to scratch. Web pages are noticeably slow to display! Finally, the keyboard doesn't seem to be properly configured (despite the French language and AZERTY being well selected): the @ key doesn't work (you have to type it in ASCII code for it to work), the ! key isn't in the right place on the keyboard, but it's right where you'd expect it to be, at the bottom right, next to the shift key. Minor points that tarnish the image you'd expect from a refurbished PC.
