Honestly, we were blown away — the phone looks excellent and came with 80–90% battery health.     I ordered the S22 Ultra 5G _Excellent on the 18th of Oct and it was delivered on the 24th. The phone looked almost new. I have to say I am very happy with what I got. The only thing was that I choose a grey colour but it looks almost like white. Good enough my wife said she prefered this colour. Maybe their opinion of grey was different.😁 Still assessing the battery health for now. Back market is the place to be.

    Great buy, it suits me to buy a product a year after it's released. Basically, I get it for half the price, and it feels like new. Worth the money. Mine didn't come with the pen, which I wasn't aware of, but I found one for £20. the tablet itself is superb and I'm very pleased with it.

    Cannot fault that the device itself was in immaculate condition [considering I ordered 'fair'!] and very prompt delivery. I had to return it as the program I needed it for required the latest iOS and unfortunately the device could not update to this. No one at fault.
