I bought this phone for my wife to finally upgrade her old iPhone 8! She didn’t want the latest or a brand-new one, so we went with a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max from BackMarket. Honestly, we were blown away — the phone looks excellent and came with 80–90% battery health. Now that we’re expecting our first baby, she’s ready to capture every moment in amazing photo and video quality!

Great buy, it suits me to buy a product a year after it's released. Basically, I get it for half the price, and it feels like new. Worth the money. Mine didn't come with the pen, which I wasn't aware of, but I found one for £20. the tablet itself is superb and I'm very pleased with it.

Very smooth experience - phone arrived as described (in 'excellent' condition), and was all set up and good to go.

Phone was delivered on time and as stated. Good website and easy to use. Phone is great. Will need a 16 pro next. Only wish it was a little cheaper!!

The battery on this phone(A15) only lasts half the time of my old Samsung Galaxy A13. The Gallery/Photos App randomly closes too. Not good at all. I've fully updated the OS and all of the Apps. However the issues remain. I will have to look for a replacement.

Absolute disgrace ! Brought a iPad 7th gen from them clowns and sent a fault iPad out dosent charger doesent hold charge . Won’t go pass 1% had to force restart it twice Cause it just froze I get it’s pre owned and All that but when you buy exellent you expect exellent . It’s really annoyed me because i brought this for my autistic son as a reward for been a big boy and going to school and now I have to tell him I’ve to take his gift off him to be repaired he won’t understand ! Absolute jokers ! Fuming is a understatement clowns like this company give black market a bad name Pissed off ! Lucky I can’t give no stars

Great. Exactly as advertised, a couple of scratches on the screen, but nothing to complain about, not visible when phones on. Happy customer all round. Cheers.
