A quick and understanding response to my problem, but beware of selling phones that are blocked by the operator - it doesn't look serious... and the verification of the devices is more than superficial. On the other hand, the aesthetic condition was impeccable and the delivery was very quick.

Hello. My telephone is in excellent condition but has a sound problem. I can't hear the people I'm talking to any more because the sound has become very, very weak... Very distant. Only when I put the speaker on can I hear. What's happening? I want to take it to a repairer but how does the warranty work? I've had the phone for barely 2 months.

First experience of refurbished, I was delighted to make this choice. Huge disappointment. The phone seemed to be in good condition, but the central button fell off after 3 weeks. I set up the button on the screen so that I could continue to use it. 3 months after I bought it, it started to heat up really badly when I used it, and then finally, yesterday, the touch screen stopped responding. My phone lasted a miserable 4 months, whereas my previous phone, of the same brand but bought new, lasted me... 4 years. Extremely disappointed and burnt out by this experience.
