As far as I'm concerned, it's the best compromise in terms of quality and performance; older, not good enough, more modern, not useful. I already had a Galaxy S7, which was at the end of its life... This one looks a lot younger and faster! I'm looking for cosmetic flaws, but I can't really find any. All in all, a very good deal for me!

The computer was received in pretty good condition (although I had chosen the minimum grade). I was even pleasantly surprised to receive it with a tempered glass screen protector (worn but present). I've been using it for 1 and a half years now and the battery is holding up pretty well and I still use this computer on a daily basis. Thank you to this refurbisher (because it's not always as good on BackMarket). Example of an order for a pixel 4a grade A -> receipt of a pixel 3a scratched all over)

I ordered a P2214H screen which arrived OK. The stand is compatible with the stands of my other screens. Then we ordered 3 more E2214H screens which arrived OK but the stands are no longer compatible. Do you still have any P2214H? Thanks etienne.crispiels@andremorimont.be

The quality of the product is excellent, the delivery time too, arrived well before the deadline, and the delivery man was super helpful and friendly. Super indicate buy with Back Market, my experience was and is being amazing.

A small problem with a first order that could not be completed: the computer had a last minute technical problem. I was given a 5% discount voucher and that's what made me stay to make a second order I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service I received. Thank you :)

Franchement je suis très satisfait, que ce soit de l’emballage ou du reconditionnement. Le PC est arrivé en excellent état, et malgré sa taille il était super bien emballé avec au moins une dizaine de couches de papier bulle, ce qui a occasionné par ailleurs une petite vingtaine de minutes d’unboxing. les prix sont exceptionnels et je me demande même comment ils peuvent faire la moindre marge avec des tarifs aussi bas. Pour rappel j’ai payé à HP Z800 pour la somme modique de 119€ FDP compris, Ce qui n’est même pas le prix de l’alimentation seule au détail sur eBay. J’ai aussi acheté un Mac pro chez eux également pour un prix plus que compétitif. Ils ont plein d’autres PC en stock À des prix qui défie toute logique. Je vous invite énormément à vous faire plaisir et à craquer pour l’un deux. 👌 PS: ce n’est pas la dernière fois que je commande chez vous !!!

Very good so far. Only one thing: no way to get the invoice or proof of purchase, when I click on "Invoice" a window opens inactive or there is just a popup "GZ"! I really need it, how do I do it?

I am very happy with the product, even being with a smaller screen than I asked at first, the quality is unquestionable. But even more I want to congratulate the excellent customer contact, always fast and efficient! Thank you
