"Excellent condition", well packaged, delivered (very) quickly and all at a great price! Actually a smooth 5* ...but 3x Android OS or firmware upgrade in a row until you can really put it into operation is quite a lot and would actually have given a 1/2* deduction... which I have now rounded up again ;) Gladly again!

Back Market has done it again. This is my third order in just over a year (two iPhones and an Apple Watch ultra) and I couldn't be more satisfied. The product is absolutely brand new, excellent is an understatement. My only regret is the amount of money I have wasted all these years buying new products.

Great device, I had a similar phone before. So I am very happy with a new version.

It works well, but for the price I paid I expected a 100% battery and it only reached 83% of its capacity. I was disappointed at this point after paying more than 500 euros for a 13.

So far (1 day) everything has been excellent. Still not a single complaint. I will continue to report in the following months but this is the third phone I've bought from them.... which says something....

Hello, the product complies, however I had to use a VOUCHER for this purchase because the phone purchased in January 2024 and under warranty was not repairable. PROBLEM: the pat voucher payment method was not possible. I emailed backmarket-eu@bolttech.eu to find out if they had a solution, and they told me that I had to check with you.
