Very good condition as described, as always. Super. On the other hand DORO for senior not top more complicated than an android Classic to redo I buy something else.

iPhone in good condition, offered with screen protector, shell and cable, but without the box. It would have been nice to have a real original iPhone box.

The phone was received on time, but the manuals were illegible and unusable because they were in a foreign language (Dutch perhaps??), and there was no documentation in French. I don't know how to access the SIM card or the battery. Please send a full documentation in French to the delivery address of the phone.

Zero points! 22 days after placing the order and after several exchanges of emails, I'm asked for my identity papers and all sorts of steps to carry out an internal "investigation". That's all I've got to do? I ordered an iPad that hasn't arrived in 22 days and now I have to turn into a gadget gogo? It's a bit daring, isn't it?

This order has been marked as delivered but no goods were delivered, and we notified Backmarket of this. We filled out the forms as requested but no refund has been processed yet. Backmarket are slow to respond and making inadequate efforts to resolve the situation. We are extremely disappointed and concerned that we have been ripped off by this service.

Horrible! The iPhone received is faulty in several respects. Condition of purchase "in perfect condition" absolutely not respected. The phone is unusable (Face ID, poor sound quality, charging, battery, unexpected shutdown ...) Having not returned it within 30 days and having dropped it once, I'm at a dead end. I've taken out additional insurance for breakage and theft but this doesn't solve the problem because the phone was faulty even before I dropped it. Can you contact me, as I have no idea what to do?

Hello, apart from a slightly long delivery time, everything went well. The customer service team was very helpful and efficient.

The product was shipped immediately and the tracking was working properly, it was supposed to be delivered on 27/12 and 2 days after the shipment it said that it was under customs control while it was sent from a country of the European Union, so from the beginning it had no reason to be checked. It stayed 10 full days without updating the tracking, the technical support said that it was just because of Christmas it was late and then suddenly the tracking said that it was delivered while the parcel was not here... The Greek courier also knew nothing... had been very happy in the past from my purchases but this time I was disappointed
