The phone is super - S9 - I hated my last phone but love this one. Support and Assistance seems to be non-existent! No problems with the PHONE but I want to return the old one for the €30 - So far I have spent over €100 of my time trying to figure out HOW to do it - the instructions are not clear - Please drop all the cute talk and just clearly set out what one has to do. Every 'Help' 'Support' and 'Contact us' link has led to NOWHERE! 'Have you contacted the Seller' no matter if you reply Yes or No you have to go back to the Seller and anyway, this is not a problem to do with the SELLER! The simple question is not listed in the 'All your questions answered here (link)' This is SO frustrating I probably wouldn't do business with BackMarket again.

A nice surprise in addition to the impeccable condition as noted in the ad, the phone arrived with a transparent rubber protective shell and a protective film for the screen. A "film" not a tempered glass screen protector like I like to put on my phones. The great advantage of this protection is that the screen is superbly protected and this means that you can use the phone as soon as you receive it, without worrying about damaging it, while you wait for it to be fully protected. The same goes for the phone's protective cover, which is a real opus and very much appreciated. Thank you for these very useful gestures, which demonstrate the quality of our service.

For the first time I bought a refurbished electronic product, in this case a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra 5G with 256GB of memory and a new battery. I must say I am really satisfied! No lag, no problems in terms of speed, performance, connection, no bugs to report. Arrived without a scratch, as good as new. In short, really perfect!

The phone was delivered very quickly. It looked like new. We have been using it for about 3 weeks now and everything works as it should. This was our first refurbished order, so we were a bit excited, but it's like having a new phone.

I bought in May a Galaxy S21 5G 128GB - Grey - Free refurbished by GreenB and in "Premium" condition. It arrived perfectly, without a scratch and even with a transparent protective case. I've been using it for over a month now and haven't had any problems. And I've done equally well with a Mac Book Pro I bought last year on this same website, refurbished by Yes Again. It's worth reusing the technology. It will give you the same service at a lower price and you'll be doing the planet a big favour. ;)
