Fast delivery Condition as described A little disappointed with the battery life and the fact that stickers have been stuck on some of the PC keys, while others have been left with German abbreviations...

It's been 3 weeks since I bought my machine in perfect condition and so far the specifications provided on the site are accurate, the autonomy is at the rendezvous in particular 6 hours of time to reach 17%.... I was too scared at first because I didn't believe in it, but so far so good.

Overall I'm satisfied, everything looks OK so far. The only thing is the keyboard. It's not really an azerty keyboard, so there are stickers on some of the keys ... and you can already see that they're going to wear out quickly.

PC in good condition and works well. However, I would have liked to have been warned that the keyboard keys were covered in stickers (probably QWERTY reconfigured into AZERTY). As a result, the backlighting is useless on these keys. A real shame 😔

Device in perfect condition, like new, supplied with Windows 10 and compatible for Windows 11 which I quickly downloaded... Top packaging to absorb the slightest shock. Thank you

The docking station was in mint condition, it worked metten well. And the price was 1 third of the new price. Topper!

The computer is in generally good condition, but there are two points that need to be addressed: The internal battery (this model has an internal battery and an external battery) is in very poor condition, with only around 30% of its original capacity remaining. The keyboard is not a real QWERTY keyboard, but has been reconditioned by sticking stickers on the original keyboard. This is unfortunately often the case and it would be more honest to indicate this rather than indicating "AZERTY" without further details.

I received my computer in good condition, I just have one problem...the brightness level is low and I can't turn it up...would anyone have a solution please?

The computer is running Windows 10 even though there will be no more updates from the autumn. I thought it would be automatically reconditioned with windows 11. In the end, it cost an extra €145 to change the software.
