Generally excellent, with phones looking like new in their original packaging etc. However the Iphone 11 whilst in great condition did not come in a box (the item was intended as a gift). Not a big deal but would be good to know in advance.

I’m really pleased with my refurbished iPhone 11 from Back Market. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. It’s the second item I’ve bought from there and is definitely recommend them.

Ok so I got the iPhone 12 128G Blue in the Excellent condition. I was happy with the purchase overall. The phone came in pristine condition, no scratches or marks at all. I’d say the only downside was the battery runs out quick but that’s just because of the battery health in the phone. Regardless of this, I’m very happy with the purchase. It came very quick too, within 2 days of ordering it.

This is my 4th phone from back market in last 2 months as i am getting all the gadgets for my family. I am planning to get one more for my uncle this month. This is so far the best business for refurbished phones. The quality overall is 10/10.

Was skeptical about this site but i’m so so happy. Ordered a iphone 14 in “good” condition and it came perfect , no visible scratches and battery health on 100%. If your trying to pick between buying the iphone 13 and 14 buy the 13 to save money because there is not much difference between them at all! But honestly if you’re indecisive like me , buy from this site !!! much better than buying phones from new thank you :))

The phone I received arrived very quickly and whilst was specified as "very good" condition it was totally flawless - looked as if it was straight from the box. I have used Back Market on a number of occasions and have never had any problem.

After a bad experience with another recycler which had non compatible parts and bad speaker (which they refunded). I turned to Back Market and was impressed with the process, communication and quality of the device purchased. It's clear to see they vet their supply chain well and you absolutely get what you buy, for quality and condition. I would recommend Back Market based on my recent experience. I also traded in an old device which they made a counter offer (correctly) because of some damage I hadn't spotted, and it was still reasonable, and also that transaction was seamless. No complaints at all and now my mum is very happy.

I bought the phone as a gift for my daughter so got to see it before I wrapped it up. It was immaculate, well packed and protected. She is delighted with it and I am delighted with the cost and the swift delivery. I'd recommend anyone to use your site to find a new handset
