Q I'm impressed by the quality of the phone, it was a refurbished product but could easily been a new Doro particularly the way it was presented. Delivery time was sensational, 15 hours from ordering to delivery. I'm seriously considering buying a refurbished unit from Backmarket instead of a new phone from Amazon or other retailers.

My Doro phone could have been new! It was so wonderful that backmarket had this phone - almost exactly the same as the one I lost . BT helped me to put in all my contacts. I am so pleased with the phone I have treated it to a tweed case to make sure it is safe and will come to no harm. Than you so much backmarket! You not only helped me, you are helping the 🌎. I forgot how good Xperia phones are, and this one is no exception. Very good condition (keyboard can be a little slow at times, but that's what you get for 'fair' condition I suppose) and does what I need it to do. Good communicati from seller, also.

Package delivered promptly and phone is excellent quality. You cannot see that it is a refurbished product and it works perfectly.

Service was fast, next day delivery, phone is great and in excellent condition, looks like a new phone, battery life great too. Overall I'm very impressed and would buy another refurbished phone in the future.

I bought the phone to replace the Doro phone that got damaged when my Mum fell over. She was very happy to have a replacement that was exactly the same. Ordering was very easy on the website and the phone was delivered within a few days. My Mum is very satisfied with her Doro 6520.

I've been using my blackberry Q10 for more than a month now and so far it is flawless. Very impressed with condition, its as new, and the price was only a fifth what I paid for my original Q10 seven years ago.
