I chose to buy a refurbished phone from Back Market on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be more pleased. The delivery was very fast and the phone is impeccable, I selected the excellent option and I really think it's brand new. I am absolutely delighted and will definitely buy again.

Fast delivery. I bought an iPhone 12 in excellent condition and it came brand new, even with the iphone box. I had to return it as it had a problem with the battery even though it was 100%. When I charged it the battery would go down and then start to go back up again. I have returned it and will buy another one. Very fast customer service!

Ipad arrived as good as new, working and with no signs of wear. Excellent shipping service, very fast. Only small "negative" note, the charger is not the original one. I highly recommend using backmarket, very good service of refurbished products!

You put it next to a new terminal and you can't tell which one is refurbished and which one is new. Perfect performance, much lower price than the new one, 24 months warranty... Conclusion: better than new.

I had doubts whether to order it or not, but in the end I did and I was surprised, the battery I thought it came with less than 90% but it came with 100% and everything in perfect condition without any scratches (excellent grade) I recommend it 100%.

The delivery was super fast, literally one day. The mobile is NEW, you can tell that maybe it has had a month of use or has only been on display or something. And the payment method everything is also very good, super happy I would recommend it.

I bought it for my son, a 10-year-old schoolboy. I chose it for its small size and ease of use. I easily linked it to my account so that I could manage all his actions remotely. I bought the phone for my mother, who is not an advanced user. I have more use with technology, I see that it is a terminal that works very well. I would order it for me too, it is super fluid, has a very good camera and has an acceptable ram and good performance for the price it has. Very good reacondiconado Back Market team =)

In principle everything seems ok, the battery sometimes and although it marks 100% it does not last me all day, although it is true that I shoot quite a lot of videos and I imagine it penalizes quite a lot in consumption. Overall very happy, this is my fifth purchase with you and I'm sure there will be more to come. Best regards.
