Frankly, there's not much to say. It's practically brand new, arrived very quickly and performs the functions requested perfectly. I've been using BackMarket for years and I'm still not disappointed.

Excellent experience with my refurbished phone! I recently bought a refurbished phone and I am absolutely delighted with my experience. It works perfectly well, meeting all my expectations in terms of performance.

Overall condition of the phone: a few scratches (normal for a second-hand phone). The speaker crackles even at low volume. Battery life is ridiculous (but that's also the case with this phone when it's new).

I'm switching from an iPhone to this type of Android phone, which looks great, but it's taking me a while to get used to it.

Honor is very different from the Redmi. I had a bit of trouble getting used to it: it's not so easy to go back to the previous page on a site. And the SD card on the Redmi doesn't work on the Honor. The Honor is much lighter than the Redmi. That's nice.

Hello, it is regrettable that the phone has been reconditioned with a battery that is not an Apple product which generates a default in Setting. At this price I expected better in this respect. Otherwise the rest is perfect. Good reception. Xavier

As described. I was quite happy with this purchase. Although I'm having a bit of trouble with the movements on the screen.... It's just a little getting used to...

The phone works very well and is in good condition. However, I regret the packaging of the phone, which was simply wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger cable without the plug. Apart from this small problem, I'm happy with my purchase.

More than satisfied with my delivery which was really fast (in 2 days with the €5 option) The S10 corresponds exactly to my expectations, mobile arrived in very good condition order received for nearly 4 weeks and RAS. Thank you Back Market because the new range of smartphone sold in shop did not interest me at all much too big!

Excellent player! I've been looking for an Oppo uhd 4k for ages! Dazzling picture, even on a 2013 LCD TV. The design and quality are spot on. Generic remote control, but that's to be expected given the fairly low price. So no dilemma. Thank you very much. Impeccable delivery time.
