The purchase process is a bit complicated because when I added the phone model to the shopping cart it was available but when I wanted to make the payment it was no longer available. Another inconvenience, which cost me a lot, was the payment process. When I finished the payment through the online payment gateway, the Back Market confirmation page remained blank for a long time, without knowing if the payment had been made correctly or not. In the end after several attempts I managed to buy this model of iPhone 11. In general the experience in Back Market is good because the most important thing is that the products are in good condition.

i was satisfied with the delivery service. however, i suspect a manufacturing / reconditioning fault as the rear glass of my iphone 12 broke when i put my device on the table (inside its shell!). i find this very strange. do you offer a repair service?

Impeccable service, received quickly, well packaged with chargers and no scratches! I order as soon as I get the chance and I'm never disappointed! Great service! (Just a little problem with the touch id on the mac which works every other time).

it's a shame, the box and instructions are missing but it's refurbished so you can't have everything. It works and I'm very satisfied!
