J'ai vraiment été escroqué! L'écran est arrivé endommagé, je l'ai renvoyé et ils me l'ont renvoyé en disant qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire! A éviter absolument, énorme stresse

I bought a refurbished PC for the first time and I think that I will continue to do so. The order arrived ahead of schedule, I had step-by-step notifications and when it arrived home it was well packed. Had it not been for the weekend I would have received it in 3 days. Apart from a little scratch on the side, the pc looks brand new and is absolutely great.

Very satisfied, I previously ordered the same model from another reconditioner and it arrived to me all wrong, I returned it and bought with this seller and the truth has gone well. I will buy again with this seller

Delivery expected in 6 days delivered express in 1 day, it does not seem that the wifi was provided and wifi card plus antenna unpacking. Top from start to finish as always with Back Market!

The product I ordered has some pretty nasty scratches in several places. And the shell around the screen doesn't seem to be in place. But that's not too bad (for the screen). For a product in perfect condition, it's a bit limited. I think it's worth a fair price. I have ordered several other items from Back Market in perfect condition and have never been disappointed. Apart from that the computer works very well.

Works very well. On the other hand, it shows almost no signs of wear and the screen has no scratches. The screen has two scratches and the shell is marked especially at the bottom but otherwise very happy with my purchase.

Laptop almost perfect, I had to reinstall win11, because the Italian language pack did not install correctly, and the operating system remained half Portuguese and half Italian. Apart from that the laptop has some minor scratches on the bottom, but sides and top look new. After reinstallation it works great, is very fast and performs well. The battery looks like new. Very satisfied and I bought from them again. I highly recommend.

The product is in perfect working order, it looks like it was just bought, apart from an almost imperceptible scratch on the outside but this does not affect the functioning or aesthetics of the product. The shipping was perfect, time was respected.

It was there incredibly fast. Had some trouble getting the whole laptop in Dutch. At one point it was half nl/eng/Spanish. It was unclear whether it would have Windows 11 on it beforehand, but fortunately it did.
