As the computer was no longer available, the refurbisher contacted me the next day to offer me an HP Probook 430 G8 in excellent condition, with a new battery, at the same price as it was being offered at €100 more. All OK

The first item I received was in poor condition visually, with an unpleasant smell, leftover glue and really dirty products... However the platform was very reactive, I sent the item back and within a week I received a new one in perfect condition, with a small commercial gesture and a small word of apology from their team. Reactive and efficient, a good exchange on the follow-up of the devices, I highly recommend it.

1st purchase from Back Market and really pleased with my experience. Fast delivery, product received in perfect condition and very well packaged. The customer service is just a nugget, responsive and a sense of service really perfect to answer all my questions, the same for the seller who was able to respond quickly. I really recommend this site. I'll be making other purchases for sure.

The item works very well, it's perfect. There's just one problem with the keyboard. It's an azerty but it doesn't have exactly the same keys. Like arobase, or the key that allows you to return to the line. It's not specified in the advert.

I would have liked to have been able to see the keyboard in the photos on the site as I realise that compared to my old PC it is missing some useful keys (screen, calculator etc). Sad that there's no backlight on the keyboard and the battery capacity isn't great. The fingerprint is a little extra gadget but I would have preferred the opposite I think. Otherwise top design but you can see the fingerprints on the back of the PC. Heats up quickly. Be careful, below 8GB you can't upload Windows 11...
