Satisfied with the product... compliant and in excellent condition. However, the charger and power cable are not official Apple products.

Perfect product in itself. Mention "reconditioned product with Appe seal". Top product. Problem: Impossible to import photos from my iphone onto the mac without it disconnecting. So I spent a long time trying to solve the problem before spending an afternoon with apple customer service to solve the problem. I had to reset the whole drive etc... Order placed "as new" which was the "physical" product after all but not the "computer" product.

The computer was as described, the order was processed quickly but the delivery was not great at all. I was at home to receive the parcel, the deliveryman didn't even ring, he put a delivery notice on the parcel and I contacted the carrier who was supposed to call me back to make the final delivery.

Very good condition. Nothing to complain about, perfect screen, perfect keyboard, no signs of wear. General appearance very, very good. Fast, pleasant to work with. Excellent graphics card, Touch Bar, excellent resolution for photos, i7. A delight to use. I do not regret my purchase. Thank you Back Market.

Happy with my purchase: computer like new. It's plug and play, and I was able to use it straight away. One small downside: just one key that didn't press properly... The solution: blow on the tilted keyboard with an aerosol dust remover and the problem is solved.

I ordered this model on Sunday in the "Perfect Condition" category, and received it on Tuesday morning. Really satisfied with the delivery. The product was in perfect condition and I received it with  Refurbished Certified in the box. I can tell you that the computer was in new condition. The only small downside already mentioned by others, it is not an AZERTY France, which makes a small difference of 2 or 3 physical keys, which is not really dramatic 😅. My first experience with refurbished products, and so far I'm delighted. I'm a day after receiving it, hope I never come back to change my mind on this review 🤗.

Positive feedback for this Macbook. Fast delivery (2 days) and after several weeks of use, I'm satisfied. The battery life is very good, it keeps me going all day (maximum capacity 88%), the screen is of excellent quality and is easy to hold. Negative points: only two Thunderbolt ports, so think about getting a hub if you need one, and the fact that the charger isn't original (but that's no big deal personally). I'd recommend this product.

MacBook Air is in excellent condition as indicated at the time of purchase. It arrived in a well-protected cardboard box. The only drawback is that the charger supplied is not the original Apple one.

TB, but disappointed not to have received the requested colour: sidereal grey, whereas I received the silver colour. I've seen that I can send it back, but I don't have time for all that, and as it looks very good, if not, I'll keep it.
