Very good experience with this purchase of a reconditioned phone, perfectly in line with its description.

I like it, but the phone has one malfunction. The phone does not recognize any SD card, and if it does, it won't work properly. Due to this malfunction you are prohibited to the 16GB storage that the phone has to offer to which half is already used by default apps. This might be a personal issue, but the rest of the phone works fine. There is no lag, the flash light is very bright, the battery lasts long and the touchscreen is pleasant to work with. Even the use of some apps like spotify, whatsapp or google are fun to use because of the size of the phone.

I gave this laptop to my daughter ~ who'd wanted it for a long time and she's delighted ~ both in terms of its everyday use ~ and in the possibility it offers of being 'freer' ~ because its format creates less dependence ~ while allowing ~ access to all the applications she wants (...) So it's worth recommending and giving as a gift too;)

It is not a mobile phone for playing games or for watching films or series, it fulfils its function in oral and written communications, and in non-visual applications; perhaps it lacks a little more memory. Good feel and solidity

The phone arrived perfect, as good as new. In fact I suspect it has never been used before. This was the first time I have made a purchase on this site but it certainly won't be the last.

A phone that meets my needs and expectations. No more endless scrolling! That said, it's not perfect. The battery hardly lasts all day, especially if you listen to a lot of music as I do, and you have to keep pressing the 'pound' key to use the physical keyboard, which is really annoying. All the same, I don't regret this purchase. I just think it's a shame that the phone doesn't come with a European adapter or cable.

I received my phone very quickly. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed with the reconditioning, as it was in "perfect condition". There are a few small marks on the back of the phone and a small poc on the screen.

The DHL service is a problem. The delivery man didn't turn up on the day he said he would because he was too lazy to turn up even though there was someone at home waiting for him all day. I didn't change the time or the day because it was fine. He phoned once without leaving a message. And as I couldn't answer immediately, he decided not to come! While everything was fine on our side. What's the point of sending messages to tell us to change the kiceaudon if necessary, we're not picking it up because everything's fine and DHL isn't coming... It's not the 1st time a friend in Bendejun has done this. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU

Brand new, in its original box, with its factory protections. The only downside was that we had to figure out how to unlock it; it was locked to work with a single North American operator. Ideal model for what we're looking for our young people: not very tempting to spend all day on it with the 3" screen, but Android-based device with sufficient performance for everyday apps: email, Whatsapp, Maps...
