So far, we're very happy with our purchase. The laptop is exactly as described. The refurbisher included a technical data sheet with the test results, which is a sign of seriousness and confidence. What's more, delivery was extremely fast.

Hello I chose to buy a computer that was said to be in perfect condition, but there is a problem with the camera and some marks that don't go away, leaving the camera and therefore the image blurred at the end. This doesn't prevent the computer from working properly, but I would have preferred to pay the price for a computer in very good condition. Otherwise the transaction went well. All the best.

The PC works perfectly for my purposes, but I have one very big doubt about the battery. Rated at 93/100, but with full use I think it will last 2h30 max, which doesn't seem like much to me. Fortunately, it's not a problem for me.

I used to have a Mac pro and I struggled with it even though I was still an Apple fan. I finally decided to get rid of it and buy this Dell and frankly I have nothing to say. It's more than I expected

The only downside is that the keyboard is self-illuminating. Even though there's a small light under the keys, it doesn't improve visibility. As for the rest, I'm satisfied. Thank you

I'm looking to replace an outdated laptop that I used occasionally, but which allows me to back up my desktop computer and have all my documents on the move. This laptop with 2TB of disk space under Windows 11 will enable me to make a smooth transition (from a financial point of view!) back to Windows (I'm on MacOs and I didn't want to reinvest in an expensive MacBook Air with this storage). The 'PC world' has come a long way in terms of hardware, with 'proper' touchpads and backlit keyboards finally available. On the other hand, I still don't understand why (well, Intel does heat up and using an 'intelligent' heat dissipation mode is expensive) PC ventilation is from the bottom, so it's impossible to use a PC laptop on a duvet, for example, without the risk of it burning out, and the same goes for battery life, which is still ridiculous compared to the 'Apple world'. On the other hand, Windows has come a long way and with the Apple tools (iCloud) available on Windows, I'm able to keep my password sync, my Safari bookmarks and my Apple cloud drive. All in all, I'm delighted with the value for money.
