Was pleased with the sale and delivery but the charger for my MacBook didn’t work and it lost power tryed to reach out to you but your site just said send it back and delete the start up I’ve been personalized and adding accounts , so I bought a charger and computer works well , so was a bit disappointed with you guys and out of pocket buying my MacBook Air charger at curry’s

I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. I received the wrong MacBook, and despite sending it back for an exchange, there has been no one at the warehouse to accept the return. Since Friday, I've been in a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service. They kept saying they would contact the supplier but couldn't get through to them. I am now left without a laptop, which I urgently need for work. I requested a full refund to buy a laptop from a more reliable source, but have yet to receive any resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
